YOUR FURNITURE DELIVERY
Once your order has been received by our team, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and we’ll get to work planning your delivery in the most economically efficient way as possible. Within two workings days, we will confirm a delivery date via email. Providing your items are in stock, we aim to deliver them as quickly as possible.
Our deliveries operate Monday to Sunday between 7.00am and 10.00pm.
Delivery options
One-man and two-man deliveries
Various delivery options are available for both one-man and two-man deliveries, from a simple to-the-doorstep drop off or fully assembled with all packaging removed. For orders that include larger items, two members of our team will deliver your order. Whether you order one or several items, you’ll only pay one delivery fee per purchase.

Two-man delivery service
Standard Delivery
- Larger items
- Either our own two-man delivery service or third party two-man courier
- You’ll be provided with a 1-2 hour time slot 1 to 2 days before delivery
Gold Delivery
- Larger items
- Delivery to room of your choice
- All items will be unpacked & packaging taken away.
- You’ll be provided with a 1-2 hour time slot 1 to 2 days before delivery
Platinum Delivery
- All the benefits of the Gold service, plus…
- Any items in your order that requires assembly will be assembled by our expert delivery team.
DELIVERY COSTS
Choose from our choice of delivery options below. We aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days, but please note that during busy periods delivery times may be extended by an extra 2 working days.
NOT GOING TO BE IN?
Don’t worry! If you’re out on the day of delivery, we can leave your items in a safe place outside your address, but Furniture.co.uk cannot take responsibility if the item is stolen or damaged by bad weather conditions.
On some occasions, we use an independent courier service who will deliver Monday to Sunday between 8.30am and 5.30pm. In this case, you will need to ensure someone is at the address during these hours. Items delivered by our third-party couriers are usually delivered the next working day but can take longer.
Delivery terms & conditions
If you’ve opted for the Gold or Platinum delivery service, it’s best to remove any breakable items and cover surfaces to help avoid accidental damage enroute to the room of choice. If you’re having your items assembled, it’s also a good idea to ensure there is enough space to deliver, unbox and assemble your order. Furniture.co.uk cannot accept liability for damage to items or surfaces that have not been removed or adequately protected during delivery or assembly.
