This stunning large 6 Drawer Chest is hand made by skilled craftsmen in the style of French Louis XVI. Very pretty, timeless furniture that will look fantastic in any bedroom. This chest not only looks great but is also very practical offering a lot of storage space. Hand carved details on the legs and frieze give an antique fee... Show more +l. Serpentine drawer fronts add elegance and look perfect from any angle. It’s a design that is a classic and appreciated by many generations; simply a beautiful piece of furniture. This range is hand painted in Champagne colour using water based paints which give a much greater depth of colour than modern oil paints. The top is made of brushed pine treated with matt lacquer to ensure durability against scratches and to enhance elegance of this stunning piece. Only slightly shabby as we feel many customers want the beautiful elegance of antique Shabby Chic French furniture without the over distressed look that many others offer.
